REFUND
POLICY
In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Body Goals Studio Spa .
At the Body Goals Studio Spa we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been administered or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt, and may be exchanged for product or spa credit.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
There is a 10 min grace period after the scheduled appointment time. Client is considered a “No-Show” after the grace period!
After 2 “No call/No-Shows” clients will not receive services with Body Goals Studio!
After 15 consecutive days without booking a maintenance appointment during any active membership, membership services will expire! New membership will need to be purchased in order to receive any treatment!
